Shipping and Return Policy

 

SHIPPING TIMES 1/2 WORKING DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE; DELIVERY TIMES 24/48 WORKING HOURS FROM THE DEPARTURE OF THE ORDER ITSELF AND BY LEAVING YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL, YOU WILL BE UPDATED VIA SMS/EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM THE COURIER, ON THE STATUS OF YOUR SHIPMENT.

For islands and remote locations, delivery times are extended by 1/2 days. We remind you that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Shipments are made via GLS or BRT courier based on the destination country and/or the choice of courier in the case of shipments to Europe (not Italy). Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination country. At the time of shipment, the choice of courier may vary.

All shipments will be traceable via a code provided at the time of managing the shipment of the goods via email.

The shipping cost in Italy is at least 8 euros for standard delivery.
Any delays in delivery, once the package has been entrusted to the courier, are not our responsibility.

In addition to the courier shipping methods, you can select free in-store collection at our headquarters. The products can be collected at the store in:

Free Shipping

If you make a purchase of more than €80.00, shipping costs are at our expense and therefore FREE
For shipments to the smaller islands and Venice Lagoon there is a cost of €10.00 even for orders exceeding €80.00.

Standard Shipping

If you place small orders up to €79.99 the shipping costs are €8.00
For shipments to the smaller islands and Venice Lagoon there is a surcharge of €10.00 (total cost €18.00).

Conditions:

These prices refer only to shipments within the national territory. For shipments abroad, shipping costs will be calculated and added upon request. This is an opportunity not to be missed and which effectively frees you from complicated weight calculations and from having to rely on shipments without traceability and with long delivery times.

PACKAGE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

Shoesstyle does not assume responsibility for a package damaged by the courier during the delivery journey. Upon delivery of the package, the customer is required to check that the packaging is in optimal conditions and not damaged during transport. If obvious external damage is detected, the customer is asked NOT to accept the package from the courier. Otherwise, if the package is collected and the goods inside have been damaged, Shoesstyle will not be able to proceed with a full refund.

Before sending us any product for return, please read our return rules and policies carefully.

General rules

From 1 January 2020, all products shipped (except for some marked products) will be subject to yellow/orange security tags numbered with the Styleshoes logo. These security tags represent a seal of guarantee that the customer will find on each product received. Once the security tag has been removed, the product will be considered as worn and therefore not compliant with the return conditions established by the Styleshoes terms and conditions. If the customer returns the product without a security tag or with a tampered security tag, even within the terms established by the return conditions, Shoesstyle reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total to be refunded to the customer. Furthermore, the returned products must not be worn or washed, the tags must be intact. Shoesstyle.it reserves the right to verify the integrity of the product at the time of return.

Due to company policy, pouches cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/99, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation within fourteen days of online purchase, having an additional fourteen days to deliver the product to our headquarters. The Right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the deadline, the specific integrated form for the return request. The right of withdrawal from the contract is not provided for when it comes to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (for color, size, fabric...) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly.

Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging, under penalty of a 10% to 30% reduction in the refund amount based on the type of damage caused. Returns must be shipped in the box in which the order arrived or in a box suitable for shipping.

It is also requested to add the receipt in the packaging.

Italy

Returns in Italy are always guaranteed for any order within 28 days from the order date (14 days to request a return via the form and 14 days for the product to arrive at our headquarters). Products can be returned by making the same request from the official return form which will authorize the return at the customer's expense.

Partial return: if the customer who purchased decides to partially return his order, the customer may still return the package at his own expense within the terms established by law.

REFUND REQUEST:

In case you want to request a refund, the goods to be returned must be sent by the customer with the courier of his/her choice (all shipping costs will not be refunded).

If one or more products ordered do not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 days from the order date.
The return can concern all the items in your order, or even just a part.

    The page for making the return will open. In the " Choose how you want to return the items " section you must choose " Customer pays shipping " as the option for returning the products;

Once the item returns to our warehouses, after having verified its good condition, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded (estimated time for the refund 14 working days) and shipping costs and additional costs (cash on delivery) are not included in the refund.

Before returning a product to us, we ask you to carefully check that all the conditions described below are strictly respected:

  • request a return of goods within 14 days of the order date
  • the products must be correctly positioned and packaged. The return package must be well closed and sealed with an adequate tape
  • the products must have the brand's fabric labels well applied, and the tag perfectly intact, in no way and for no reason must they have been removed from their original position, as no other object or accessory originally applied to the product must be removed
  • Each product must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, must not be in any way: stained, damaged, washed, ironed, improperly worn, and must not have creases resulting from neglect.
  • Customers who benefit from the replacement of the product, and submit a new return request for the size received, will be charged the costs of both return shipments.

If even one of the conditions just mentioned is not respected, Shoestyle reserves the right not to accept the return, therefore the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.

REPLACEMENT REQUEST:

This choice will allow to reduce the times of delivery of the new item, at the time of delivery of the new order the courier will collect the product that you intend to return. The return can concern all the items of your order, or even just a part. The replacement involves the purchase and payment of the new product.

If you want to return a product due to size or color issues , or if you want to replace it with another of equal or higher value, we offer free return shipping of the item to be returned:

  1. Find the size or item you want to replace, purchase it and make a new payment ;
  2. Activate the return procedure , from your reserved area , on the row of the order to be returned click on the symbol .
    The page for making the return will open. In the " Choose how you want to return the items " section, specify " Collection upon delivery of a new item " as the option for returning the products;
  3. Select the order that contains the product you want to exchange to request that the courier collect the product to be returned when they deliver the new one.

You can only use one free exchange. If you want to return or replace the product that was previously exchanged, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

As soon as we receive the returned goods and verify their perfect condition, we will refund you according to the method you have chosen. Shipping costs for replacement goods are free only once per order. Shipping costs and additional costs (shipping of the first order, cash on delivery) are not included in the refund.

The refund via coupon will be valid 6 months from the issuance of the coupon itself. ( In this case too, the additional costs will not be refunded).
